Support Worker Positions

We are looking for super awesome individuals to join our team, and assist in our vision of ‘ every life fully lived’ Do you love to jump in pools, rock climb, aerial walk, stand up paddle board, bushwalk, cook delicious healthy lunches, dance and get creative. In this role you will encourage independence , developing skills and personal growth with the individual.  You need to be a natural teacher, be observant and intuitive, genuinely respectful and appreciative of diversity, and be kind, fun and patient. You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongside this individual focusing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space.
